Dedicated to quality and excellence.

I began my apprenticeship in 1985. Served 3 years under Grand Khan Electric, and my final year with an African American Union contractor named H.H. Hammersmith Electric Inc.. The owners, Reginald Harston and Audrey Harris not only provided an environment where I could continue to learn and enhance my skills as a electrical mechanic, but also introduced me to the inner workings of the electrical industry as a business. Had it not been for these men, I would've not been afforded the opportunity to attain first hand knowledge and skill sets required to manage within the structure of our industry.

I've been blessed to have worked in various roles within the structure of the IBEW local 134 Union. Serving as an instructor at the NECA Technical institute in Alsip, Illinois for 12 year,  Founder of the 134 Jumpstart Program in 2004, serving as a business agent at IBEW Local 134 from 2010 -2013 and instituting a campaign to successfully bottom up organize  and manage an electrical shop from 2014- 2020.

My journey as an African American member of IBEW Local 134 although difficult at times, has been very gratifying for me and my family. On February 23, 2020 my wife and I decided to continue the journey by providing a pathway for others like myself to develop the skill sets and enhance their mechanical ability and grow within the structure of the Electrical Industry.

Thus, "Chicago Pipe & Wire Services LLC" is formed.
